I find that the more I photograph these trees, the more that I expand my point of view beyond just the close ups of various textures. I am integrating more views and have good intentions of integrating more art media in to my study of birch trees. I plan to go outside and draw today if the weather co-operates. I find the colors and textures very appealing. With the photo manipulation is give the image a very textile feel to me.. like it could be a pattern for a shirt or dress.
